Transitional Coaching Transition is moving from one state of change or process to another. Life is a series of tranistions. Becoming a parent, joining families, divorce, professional change, illness, hospice, and death are just a few. Learning to adapt and cope with challenging transitions by tapping into one’s potential, so they can discover and seize the many opportunities that lie ahead. Explore their passions, values, strengths, interests, and core beliefs. Coaching provides informational, emotional, and spiritual support, through specifically designed and deeply personal efforts. My primary focus is End of Life. I work with those who have a terminal diagnosis, however, no longer seeking treatment. Together, we develop plans for a legacy and vigil. I provide informational, emotional, spiritual support for the dying and the loved ones. We work through broken relationships, write letters on behalf of the client, record events during the active dying phase, for the family/loved ones, to reflect on. This helps greatly with the grieving process. Once active dying begins, I will be on call 24/7, and bedside for the active dying process. I also provide care for the family, for reoroganization of family dynamics.
