Tai Chi and Qi Gong Classes are offered in seven week sessions throughout the year

Each class session includes Qigong (A relaxing combination of meditation, slow breathing and upper body movements which balance the body's energy flow.), warm-ups, detailed instruction in and practicing of the Tai Chi form, and a cool down.
