Tell us your business name: Woods Wellness

How did you get started on your holistic journey?
My journey began with my own healing. I was navigating incomplete cycles, two cycles a month, and emotional disconnection from my body. Nutrition became my first doorway, teaching me how to listen to my body’s needs. That led me to herbalism, yoga, massage therapy, vaginal steaming, and womb care. I didn’t just study these tools—I lived them.

What inspired you to start your business?
I wanted to create the kind of space I wish I had when I was struggling—where women feel safe, heard, and honored in their full cycle of being. “Woods Wellness” is rooted in the belief that nature heals, wombs hold wisdom, and when we care for them, we heal generations.

What impact do you want to have on the community and people you work with?
My mission is to reconnect women with the sacred intelligence of their bodies. Whether someone is dealing with PCOS, painful periods, fertility challenges, or just feeling disconnected, I want them to gain, at least, a glimpse of empowerment, wholeness and groundedness in their spirit.

What core values are at the foundation of your work in the world?
Reverence for the womb, Empowerment through education, Rootedness in nature and ancestral wisdom, Compassionate care that honors every cycle, Creating sacred, safe spaces for healing

Please share some of your favorite holistic tips:
Steam your womb (except during menstruation) to reconnect and regulate. Drink herbal infusions like nettle and/or raspberry leaf for womb nourishment. Sync your movement with your cycle: rest during your period, energize after.  Womb massage for support or stagnation. Track your cycle—not just for pregnancy purposes, but to understand your body’s rhythm. It’s your inner compass.

Anything else to share?
The name “Woods Wellness” came from my love for quiet walks and being in nature. I believe healing feels like nature: slow, steady, and sacred.  And it’s my last name!
